Purchases and Payments

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you remain responsible for all payments due under that plan unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, and attendance policies may vary by product, workshop, event, program, or service. The policy stated on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, invoice, or written agreement at the time of purchase controls.

If an offer states that there is no replay, no recording, limited access, a specific attendance requirement, or another participation condition, you are responsible for reviewing those terms before purchasing.

Live Workshops, Events, and Programs

Dates, times, presenters, platforms, curriculum, and delivery details are subject to reasonable change. We may modify scheduling, presentation order, delivery methods, or program content when necessary.

We are not responsible for a participant’s inability to attend because of scheduling conflicts, internet connectivity, device issues, travel, time-zone confusion, or other circumstances outside our control.

Educational Purpose Only

Our workshops, books, programs, coaching, consulting, training, and other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. Nothing we provide is a guarantee of business, financial, career, publishing, marketing, sales, or other results.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, implementation, business practices, and results. You should use your own judgment and obtain qualified professional advice when appropriate.

Income and Results Disclaimer

Any income, revenue, sales, business growth, client results, financial outcomes, or other results mentioned in our marketing, workshops, programs, books, websites, or communications are examples only and are not promises or guarantees of what you will achieve.

Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including experience, effort, decisions, implementation, offer quality, market conditions, pricing, audience, skills, timing, and other circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content we create or provide is owned by or licensed to Outlier Engine LLC, including text, graphics, videos, recordings, presentations, worksheets, books, frameworks, methods, training materials, branding, logos, names, and other intellectual property.

This includes proprietary concepts, methods, and materials associated with The Outlier Architects, Personal Brand Books, the GET PAID Method™, Competitive Edge concepts, workshop materials, and related educational content.

Your purchase or participation gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, teach, upload, share, or create derivative commercial products from our materials without our prior written permission.

Recordings and Participant Content

Some live events, workshops, calls, or programs may be recorded. If recording is planned, we may provide notice through the event platform, registration materials, or other reasonable means.

If you voluntarily participate by speaking, appearing on camera, submitting questions, or contributing comments during a recorded session, your participation may be captured in that recording. Any separate promotional use of identifiable testimonials, interviews, or participant stories will be handled according to the permissions obtained for that use.

Email and Text Communications

By providing contact information, you may receive transactional communications related to purchases, registrations, appointments, workshops, programs, or customer service.

If you consent to marketing communications, you may also receive promotional email or text messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided and may opt out of marketing text messages using the instructions in the message. Message and data rates may apply.
